Whitney originally hails from the concrete jungle of Boston. She has worked in hospitals and physical therapy clinics in MA, TX, CO, OR and has covered populations such as pelvic health, orthopedics, pediatrics and neurology. She spent two years as a mentee and then a mentor at a pelvic health clinic which further fueled her passion to eventually open her own. As a previous patient herself, she has discovered firsthand the transformative power of Physical Therapy, especially in the pelvic floor realm. Armed with professional expertise and personal experience, she is here to guide you on your journey to wellness with empathy and understanding.

She is also a Performance Nutrition Coach and Training Coach through Black Iron Nutrition. She feels her diverse background helps her treat the whole body holistically and thoroughly.

She promises a judgement free zone where questions are encouraged and victories celebrated. There are no limits on what you can choose to achieve. From a walk around the block, run without leaking, ski from a high peak, eat dinner with your family to having pain-free intimacy. She will help you get back to your most wild self!

Whitney spends her days playing in the high alpine, powder skiing, trail running, finding glacier lakes to gawk at and fishing with her family. Movement is her passion and the medicine she prescribes, so it is only fitting that she spends her days in the wild.
